Dr. Sandeep Grewal joined our staff in December 2004, he then became the sole owner of Ridgemont Animal Hospital in 2006.  Dr. Grewal is a graduate of Punjab Agricultural University, College of Veterinary Medicine in India.  He has 9-years of veterinary experience in small animal practice in British Columbia and Toronto, Canada.  He has special interest in small animal surgery and canine behavior.  Dr. Grewal brings a wealth of small animal experience and a gentle touch to our staff.  His family includes wife (Raj - Medical Doctor) and daughters (Amy, Jasleen, and Harnoor).

Dr. William Houska, an associate veterinarian, was born and raised in St. Louis, Missouri.  He received his B.S. and DVM degree (1980) from the University of Missouri at Columbia.  His special professional interests include small animal medicine and surgery as well as veterinary practice management.  Dr. Houska's family includes wife (Linda - a registered dietitian) and daughter (Alexandra).  The family pets include 3 cats ("Jack", "Carrie", and "Keo") and a dog ("Andrew" - Border Terrier).
